The city developed an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan to ensure the public right of way areas are accessible to all individuals.
Public right of way includes sidewalks, curb ramps, and traffic control signals.

Community members are encouraged to review the draft version of the city's ADA Transition Plan. Please contact the City of Chaska's ADA Coordinator with questions, concerns, or comments.
Public comments may help the city identify key areas for improvement and may be incorporated into the final version of the plan.
Please provide all comments by 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2020.
The final version of the plan will be considered for approval by the City Council.
The city has developed a procedure to facilitate resolution of citizen's complaints, concerns, comments, and other grievances.
Citizens are encouraged to informally discuss ADA issues by contacting the city's ADA Coordinator.
